Terms and conditions

a)
The dogs must be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. General information about their health status and updates must be provided to me without being requested. To ensure the well-being of all my guests, I reserve the right to refuse dogs suspected of having health issues or to require a prior veterinary examination. If any illness or other complaints arise during the stay, I will consult with the customer. In acute cases, I will visit the veterinarian preferred by the customer. In emergencies, I will seek the nearest veterinarian. If something concerning appears and the customer is unreachable, I reserve the right to have a veterinary examination carried out, with all costs to be borne by the customer.

In case of a unilateral breach of contract due to violation of these T&Cs or the Swiss Animal Protection Act (TSchG), 50% of the total price of all already agreed appointments will be charged. Payments already made will be refunded up to a maximum of 50%.
 

b)
If your four-legged friend is not leash-trained or displays behavior that disturbs and/or endangers me, the environment, or the group, I reserve the right to use a head halter (Gentle Leader) and/or muzzle on the dog.

 

c)
Food must be provided by the customers. Otherwise, the dog will receive a suitable complete food from "Happy Dog." For training treats, I use "klein und fein" from "Lecky" – unless explicitly otherwise requested by the customer and an alternative is provided. If no food is supplied, a flat rate of 20.– per day will be charged for feeding.


d)
Appointment cancellations must be communicated at least 8 days before the agreed date. Otherwise, 50% of the agreed care duration will be charged. Exceptions apply to unforeseeable cases such as illness, accident, death, or similar.


e)
Payment must be made in advance by cash, Twint, or prepayment.
